Contest Overview:
CONTEST: 12 Days of Wellness. Daily prizes of products and services. Grand Prize $8,000 PRIZE Value Includes: 7 days in Nosara, Costa Rica. Flight and Accommodations included.

Winner Announced on Precision Wellness and TACKL Health social media and at all brick and mortar sites on Dec 25th, 2022
Winner & Guests must claim prize by March 31, 2023 and take trip BY December 31, 2023.
Grand Prize and Daily Prize Registration:
Enter the contest by registering online at PrecisionByTACKL.com and TACKLHealth.com. One entry per person online based on one email address. Register online through Precision Wellness and TACKL Health social media pages on a promotion page/ad that links to the official entry page on PrecisionByTackl.com and TACKLHealth.com
Additional BONUS entries can be made in person at Precision Wellness or any TACKL Health retail store process available to people who enter in person, purchase products, services or memberships in person at a physical store/location. Additional BONUS entries can be prompted by social media promotions by Precision Wellness or TACKL Health Inc.
Prize:
Daily Prizes: Enter the contest online or in person at a Precision Wellness or TACKL Health store location. No purchase necessary to enter. Daily prizes will be posted at the site and online. Winning entries will be selected by an independent third party and 7:00PM each day. Winning entries will be posted on Precision Wellness and TACKL Health social media (Facebook, Instagram, Website) and at physical store locations each day following the drawings. Winners may also be notified by email and/or phone.
Rules for the Facebook and Instagram entries shall be governed by Facebook and Instragram. Entries shall be determined by number of posts shared with the #12DaysOfPrecisionWellness each day.
Winning entries will be removed each day for subsequent drawings for product and service prizes. Non-winning entries will remain. Winning entries for services and products will remain in the category for Grand Prize. (Ex. If you win a product on Day 1 and do not enter again, you are still eligible for the Grand Prize, but not for products or services, unless you enter again.
Each entrant email address and BONUS entries will be entered in the database. If the entrant does not have an email address, they will be entered by the last name. One Winner’s name will be randomly drawn from all registrations on December 24, 2022 . Value $10,000. All ground transportation associated with travel from San Jose Airport to Nosara, Costa Rica and meals are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest. The winner must take the trip BY December 31, 2023.
Precision Wellness and TACKL Health have the right to refuse the winner of the prize/trip if valid concern about the legitimacy of the registration arises. The prize won cannot be exchanged for check/cash value or transferred to another person(s). Precision Wellness and TACKL Health are not responsible for any injury to winner and/or guest during transportation to and from trip and during trip. Winner is required to Sign a Release/Liability Waiver before receiving the contest prize. Winner will be mailed a 1099 in the amount of $10,000 for 2023 from TACKL Health. All airports where TACKL Health stores are located are exempt from any responsibility in this contest unless they have altered the contest or added to the contest on AIR, their websites, social media postings, etc in any way. This prize is void if not claimed BY MARCH 31, 2023. An unclaimed prize will not be awarded to the first winner drawn.
Rules:
Contests are open to legal residents of the continental United States 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified), except employees of Kinder Productions, Inc., News/Talk 820 WBAP, All KO Radio Stations in Network and Salem Radio Network and all stations in network, SiriusXM, Rural Radio, Citadel
Broadcasting Corporation, their parent, affiliate, subsidiary, or successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies, contest prize suppliers, participating advertisers, sponsors, and immediate family members of the above.
LIMITATIONS: One winner per household, listeners can only win one Kinder Outdoors contest (including, but not limited to: phone in, email, or postal entry) once every 60 days. In the event of contests requiring telephone or fax entries, sponsors are not responsible for the inability of caller to complete the
call within specified time whether due to telephone equipment malfunctions, disconnections, busy lines, or other circumstances. In the event of mail entries (postal or electronic), Precision Wellness and TACKL Health and its sponsors are not responsible for the timeliness of delivery or electronic malfunctions that may effect the delivery or content of the entry, neither are they responsible for misdirected, illegible, postage-due, or lost mail. Decision of the judges is final. All participants agree to be bound by these rules. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winner is responsible for taxes of prizes valued over $600.00. Kinder Productions, Inc. will provide a 1099, in the year the prize is claimed, for the value of prize.
The following people are not eligible to enter the Contest:
(a) Current or Previous Employees (including independent contractors) of Precision Wellness and/or TACKL Health its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, successors and assigns (collectively “TACKL”);
(b) Employees of the Costa Rican Tourism Board (ICT) its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, successors and assigns (collectively, “TBCR”)
(c) The household members of any of the parties listed in Section (a) to (c) above.
PRIZES: Prizes are specified within individual contest rules. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable (Unless ruled appropriate by the judges at the time of dispersing). No substitution or cash equivalent will be made. Precision Wellness and TACKL Health reserve the right to substitute a prize of
equal or greater value if the awarded prize is unavailable for any reason.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE: Winners agree to come to one of the Precision Wellness or TACKL Health store locations to provide proof of age and identity (photo identification a must) and to execute an affidavit of eligibility, indemnification, and release within 30 days of winning. Prizes can be mailed, so long as
winner completes a mail release form and also provides copy of photo identification. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of prize. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: Participation constitutes permission for Precision Wellness and TACKL Health, without further obligation to the contest winner, to use winner’s name, voice, address, photos and likeness for promotional purposes.
